Every rental includes access to the studio space, furniture and available sets, seamless paper backdrops, changing area, makeup stations, Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking. Additional lighting and production equipment can be added to your reservation upon request.

Your rental time includes setup and breakdown. If you'd like additional setup time, we recommend booking extra time to ensure your session or event runs smoothly.

We offer professional lighting equipment for rent, including Godox AD600 strobes, Godox AD200 strobes, Litemons LE300Bi constant lights, light modifiers, and wireless triggers. Modifiers include 60 and 36 inch octaboxes and 60-inch deep umbrellas. You are also welcome to bring your own lighting.

Absolutely! Our space is available for workshops, networking events, seminars, intimate celebrations, content days, wellness events, and more. We can customize the layout to fit your event. Click HERE to submit your event request.

Yes. Studio rentals include the space only. You're welcome to bring your own photographer, videographer, or content creator, or ask us for recommendations if you need one.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own cameras, lighting, props, and accessories.

Yes. The studio works well for both photography and video projects, including branding content, interviews, and social media videos.

For productions, the studio comfortably accommodates larger creative teams. For private events, we recommend up to approximately 75 guests, depending on your event layout and setup.

Yes! We encourage you to make the space your own. We simply ask that everything be returned to its original location before your rental ends and that all furniture is handled with care.

We understand that plans can change. Each reservation includes up to two complimentary reschedules, subject to studio availability. After two reschedules, a new booking will be required. Please refer to your rental agreement for our full cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Complimentary on-site parking is available for you and your guests, making it easy to load in equipment and arrive stress-free for your session or event. If you're expecting a larger group or production, let us know in advance so we can help ensure the best parking experience.

If the studio is available, we'd be happy to extend your rental. Additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate, so we recommend letting us know as soon as possible if you think you'll need extra time.

Yes. Your reservation gives you exclusive access to the areas you've booked, allowing you and your guests to create in a private, distraction-free environment.
